Also use to GM at the Issaquah, Sammamish and a few other stores in Western WA.

Whoever made up the delivery area for these stores had to have been on crack. Unrealistic expectations were set with deliveries. Area Supervisors would criticize why our delivery times were 45+ minutes when in Issaquah, our farther delivery was 14 miles away from the store in a somewhat busy area.

Tips were HORRIBLE for instore AND delivery drivers and the mileage "compensation" was a complete joke.

The rent for these stores was ungodly insane.I had weeks where my store's sale for the week was barely enough for the store to keep open.

Franchise owners were a complete joke along with most of the upper management teams. Area supervisors would try their best, but in the process burn themselves out and provide little to no help.

Almost ALL of the stores had broken things that needed to be fixed and nothing was ever done to fix a lot of the problems. One store had a broken tile in the walk-in for almost 4 years and their solution to "fix" it was to put a pizza box over it with duct tape.

Oh not to mention, I was sexually harassed by a former driver at the store, told that their store manager and the area supervisor and I was told to "deal" with it.
