I invested 3 lbitcoins in this project after listening to suppoman and data dash and read the white paper and the website throughly and then i did what was directed on website to send bitcoin to the address mentioned after waiting for 72 hours I didnt receive any token then 4 days have been over no token then I contacted on facebook the admin asked me to send tx and details i did then he wanted to c the screen short i sent it to him and now hes asking me to send some coins to his wallet I asked him there is no where mentioned on website regarding all this not even on white paper they told me. We are blocking u and blocked me on fb. Then you tell if substratum had to do soo much of drama then should have already mentioned on their website i would hv not gone into this project. After investing they started all this drama what can a investor do. I only asked for refund. Which they refused bec they hv no refund policy on white paper and my question is there is no re verification process in their white paper too. They were not escalting my corncern to ceo Justin Tabb and i mailed to [email protected] and i hv no reply from past 4 days. Now u tell me should i forget my invested money due to this idiotic process. If they wanted to add bitcoin they could have added individual investment wallet for each investor like poloniex exchange have different wallet address to each trader but they didnt planned anything just taking investors for granted
