No. Kids do work like that. Kids are allowed to be stupid. If you really' really instill information to keep your child when you can't be there. That is our responsibility as parents or even adults in a community. We have to get them ready for the world they live in. If a kid is too dumb to cross the road safely he shouldn't yet be subjected to this. This child is not a toddler, he is an adolescent.

Raising children is pretty serious. They have to be taught to take responsibility and be accountable for themselves. They are never too young to learn.
