We can't just discuss best T20i batsman as these players play more games in domestic leagues than in internationals. Also, a player's worth can be judged more aptly in t20s when he plays 10 or more games continuously instead of playing that much in a calendar year scatteredly. But, then these league matches only happen in one country where majority bowlers are from 1 country. All in all, t20's just not the format where a batsman's true quality can be judged. It's just hit and giggle.
