Kyle Lowry Injury Update

No one will ever remember or care, but last year the raptors were rife with injuries and personal problems throughout the year and throughout the finals. They were pretty tight lipped about it until they won the championship, and even then they only vaguely alluded to things. I've always felt that this was an organization wide mandate about PR and/or not making excuses.

Non-Basketball related:

*Nick Nurse has a baby

*Kawhi Leonard has a baby

*Fred Van Vleet has a baby

*Nick Nurse's mom passes away

*Kyle Lowry's grandma passes away

*Patrick McCaw's brother passes away

*OG Anunoby's father passes away

*OG Anunoby's appendix bursting

Basketball injuries:

*Norman Powell's shoulder injury in November

*Draymond Green breaking JV's thumb in December

*FVV's thumb getting surgery in February

*McCaw's thumb getting injured in March

*Danny green's tweaked ankle in April

*Kyle lowry and FVV's back injuries throughout the season

*Pascal Siakam's thigh injury in the philly series

*Kyle Lowry thumb popping out during the philly series and his hand needing surgery for the rest of the playoffs

*Serge Ibaka getting elbowed by Kawhi during a rebound

*FVV getting elbowed by Shaun Livingston in the GSW series and losing a tooth

*Kawhi Leonard's legs throughout the season, but especially from the Orlando series to the finals

I've probably missed something. I vaguely remember fvv having difficulty seeing during the playoffs but I'd have to check
