Whoever handles BMC social media Twitter handle is really mc. There is another Twitter handle 'roads of Mumbai' , random handle having more than 100k> followers who posts about traffic issues, violations and raises issues causing inconvenience to public. BMC handle replies to majority Twitter complaints even those who has no profile, 0 followers basically everyone except roadsofmumbai. Roadsofmumbai never gets reply. I once asked him why does BMC ignores him. He said he has no idea. Funnily enough, there is another handle 'Mumbai matters' who posts exactly similar content. That handle gets response from BMC all the time so do all other similar popular handles.
