Even the guide says 7s have some small flaws, and aside from little excess upper eyelid space, slightly unbalanced facial thirds (which plenty of women in the 7 and 8 sections of the guide have), and a slightly deviated columella, she has no real flaws. Even the trusted rater gave her a 6.8, which is easily justifiable for her.

People forget what highly attractive women without excess makeup and filters look like. This girl had barely any makeup on and looks this good meanwhile that other girl getting 7s is caked in makeup and filtered her video. If this lady did the same thing, you wouldn’t be complaining about overrates.
