No, but you are right that there has been a dip in the number of large GEO satellites ordered. Conventional wisdom is that some satellite operators are waiting to see how the proposed LEO/MEO constellations shake out before investing a couple hundred million in new large GEO satellites.

Since there's usually quite a bit of lead time for satellite orders, I don't think we're quite seeing the dip in launch rate yet, but we'll probably see it really hit in 2020. Of course, if the big constellation plans pan out and begin launching in the next few years, they could more than offset the decrease in launch rate from less GEO satellites being launched when they really ramp up.
