Leatherman is wonderful.

Haha. Yeah, brand loyalty is automatic with a warranty like that. And they are the best multi tools. They're actual tools that can hang with all the other fancy tools on this sub I think. You can rely on them if you use them right.

I've always wondered how many people send in nasty old Leathermans. Like man, you got your money's worth out of that thing. And how many people use the shit out of it every day and swap one out every three months. I used to do that with a pair of hiking boots that were waterproof guaranteed for life lol. It always seemed weird they would do that.

Back in the old days customer service like this was expected. Less people, more personal. Even people like our grandpas remember when customer service was a big deal. I remember being a kid and seeing some old guy get pissed off he couldn't get his watch repaired. He demanded watch parts. "I know you got all kinds of watch parts in the back!" Back in the old days people really got catered to. Today you see customers yell and scream at little employees who work for big corporations. Tool companies to this day are still very good about standing by their products. Tools are important, we rely on them to make a living and for emergencies, sometimes with our life. Even midrange tools like husky have a no questions asked lifetime replacement. You know the legendary reputation Craftsman had from back in the day. The Craftsman name is still incredibly valuable to corporations like Lowe's. There are old people who would go through a lot of bad Craftsman tools holding on to hope that they'll come back like they used to. Disclaimer: I actually just bought a craftsman weed eater and it's pretty badass. Line feed BUTTON right next to the trigger. Finally!! Goodbye Ryobi never liked that ugly ass lime green yellow what is that even? Nah I still got a few ryobi tools we'll see what happens.

Anyways glad you like your weed eater or whatever it was I don't care.
