Let's not sensationalise Orlando tragedy

First of all, there is no "sensationalizing". This is an attack on humanity SPECIFICALLY the LGBT community. Do not conveniently sweep it under the rug to justify your irrelevant and bigoted article (you said you aren't a Homophobe, but do let me school you on that a little later on).

Secondly, regardless of whatever this man is identified as is absolutely and totally irrelevant. A terrorist can be any gender, sexual orientation, age, religious belief and even place of origin. You CANNOT simply say "Oh he's a regular at the club and therefore it makes the entire incident a big hooha because he's one of them", that makes you come off as uninformed, unintelligent and closed minded.

ISIS killed thousands of Muslims in their homeland, in case you haven't noticed.

Thirdly, back to sensationalizing: seems to me you're the one who is trying to undermine the horrible unsaid horrors that plagues the LGBT people. You are so comfortable in your norm that you think that everyone have the same privilege as you.

Family policy? My mother brought me and my brother up all by herself and it wasn't until recently when we are now adults that finally we are recognized as a "family" which you are so supportive of. Oh and my "family" definitely isn't the only one, thousands and thousands of families like mine resides quite literally next to you.

You think that just because your family is fundamentally built that you think that everyone else's should emulate yours. Newsflash: Life isn't as perfect as you paint it out to be, ok?

What about orphans? Those who were lucky enough to be adopted? As as mentioned earlier, single-parent families? Children raised by relatives because both parents are dead? Children born out of wedlock?

Fourthly and tracing back to what I have said earlier: it is true that you aren't Homophobic, you are simply closed-minded and self-righteous: which is why you were allowed to be published in the first place, isn't it?

Oh Bryan Lim... Bryan Lim... where do I begin... "Let them die for their cause" isn't taken out of context. Anybody with basic linguistic ability (or even basic English for that matter) can see what he really meant.

So let's say in your perfect world that it really was taken out of context:

BY PROUDLY SAYING YOU WANT TO KILL ANYBODY AND SAYING IT IS TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT DOES NOT JUSTIFY A DEATH THREAT.

Fifth and lastly, please help yourself off the holy horse, Ms Ho. There isn't anything remotely close to "goodwill" from you, the support the LGBT community is getting isn't from tolerance-cum-pity charity that you seem to have assume so, it comes from true acceptance and love. Any reason you have given to justify otherwise (e.g: you are "grieving") is a lie that help you tell yourself that you are a good person.
