If you don’t care about electric usage and heat then you can run auto’s 24/0 or 20/4 but it’s generally recommended to give the plant a break from the light.

Otherwise most people run 18/6 or 16/8 during veg, again depending on how much power you want to use per day. Then if you’re using photo periods you just switch to 12/12 whenever you want to start flowering. Autos you can just keep on whatever schedule you have, they’ll start flowering in 6-8 weeks from seed.
