i don't have access to black magic or miracle grow mix, i bought a pre made mix, i didnt make me own actually, it's sphagnus/perlite 50/50, i saw alot of people using it in some forums

i have a set of fertilizer but should i start now? i read that you dont need when the plant is small, but i'm kinda lost, cause the plant is small but a little bit old

About the water: Should i use alot of water in a small container? i'm using a ~300ml or ~10oz pot for now. how much should i water?

i'm afraid to killing my plants because i cannot buy more seeds, i'm out of money from buying equipments and the seeds.
