The blinds/shutters are moving suggesting “paranormal winds”

For OP, I gotta call bs. Most window frames are made to have small gaps in them to allow for airflow into a room, wind can easily get through that small gap especially since it’s small enough to allow for such a flow. Or maybe the windows are open and we can’t see it because of the blinds being closed. Either those or another possible explanation is you have a fan or aircon or even a heater on to create such a small flow because blinds usually move like that if a fan or that is on. Not much information to go by in this one and it seems pretty easy to understand why it could happen.
