Looks like Cevimeline is likely getting discontinued

I don’t want to sound rude or offensive, but you should really think about posting something like this when you do not have the facts.

I only say that because, like I’m sure many others, I can’t even function without Cev. I was disabled to the point of becoming homeless from not being able to work or do anything for five years before being put on this medication.

Someone pointed us to this post on another post, and it made me completely spiral thinking that the only thing that keeps me even remotely okay is no longer going to be available.

I did wind up speaking to my pharmacist who told me that many drugs go through this at this time of year when manufacturers are taking inventory and getting more product out.

It’s scary that I’m so dependent on one medication. That’s something I have to live with until there are more options. And I really hope you don’t take this offensively in the slightest, but even the mere mention of this post messed me up big time.

Hopefully it’s back on the shelves and in full swing soon. Be well.
