What's the absolute dumbest thing you've seen another car on the road do and (in spoiler tags so we can have fun guessing) what city/area were you in where it happened?

I was on the interstate in the farthest left lane and a person in the lane to my right was a driver who

• was not wearing a seatbelt

• was on their phone

• had their left leg sticking out of the driver side window

I don't even know how you manage to reach the pedals with your right foot from that position. It was one of those things that was so mind-bogglingly stupid that I couldn't even properly react to it until later that evening.

This happened in St. Louis, MO which should surprise exactly none of you.
