I usually put it through and hold the ticket from processing, because I know the shop needs it quicker than we'll get the PO, but it's all the weird back-end stuff that gets me. Y'all already got a voucher when you sent the PO, then you need me to sign it again a month later after yall paid?!?!

Oh my gosh to the second part. I get those too. "Laurie, I just received PO 23-1593 and the line item is "Weld Shop" with $$$ as the cost. I can't find a ticket for that in here. Can you let me know what order(s) it's for?"

Then they'd say it'd be a blanket PO, but never use it since they issue POs for every single order. The blanket PO also wouldn't cover the costs of any of their normal orders. It'd be so weird.
