Lossng my love for the company (not the bike) Anti-Right to repair?? (H Stem Purchasing)

Perhaps the current"parts only supplied to replace broken" is to do with that covid short supply but their "if we supply a frame part it must be fitted by a Brompton agent" has been in place for quite some time. I want to build a new bike from the considerable number of parts I have collected from all the mods I have done to my bike. I want a main frame, stem and forks but no way to buy them from Brompton. Irritatingly they are often advertised online by Bromton sellers with a note saying they "can only be fitted by us". Their rules on bike sales and some spare parts (in addition to frame parts) seems like restrictive practices to me and I'm surprised that it is allowed. Many parts advertised online by my preferred dealer have a note that "Brompton prohibits us from supplying this part to some countries". It would be good if Brompton accepted that many owners are competent bike mechanics and are very capable of maintaining their Brompton to a very high standard. I don't clean mine very often but it is in tip top mechanical condition and is inspected and serviced more than it would be if I had to take it on a 110 km round trip to my nearest Brompton dealer.
