It's your choice and you do you & tell your parents about the emotions you feel & challenges you face
Ignoring isn't easy in this fatphobic world but you can communicate that you are happy how you are and don't have a problem with that. Just be very stern with your boundary setting with them and just straightforward communication that you don't like this and you don't feel comfortable and how bad it hurts you
Everyone's imperfect and just because someone has the best body now, doesn't mean they'll be fit always... Right? So people need to really humble themselves down (for people other than your parents)
