Neither GWB or Obama used Twitter to make personal attacks on civilians. Neither one attacked the free press and praised autocrats who control American adversaries. Neither one gave away classified intelligence to despotic strong men. Neither one attacked or alienated NATO allies. Neither one invited representatives of a foreign adversary who attacked our elections into the Oval Office while denying access to that meeting to the American press. Neither had a 57% disapproval rating 5 months into their first term.

Both, however, showed up to daily intelligence briefings because it was part of the job. Both made it a point to speak to ALL Americans about the importance of liberty, freedom, and justice for all. Both responded to criticism with dignity. Both tried to pass legislation through Congress instead of only relying on using executive orders.

Its an act of false equivalency to say Trump is just as bad as GWB or Obama. Trump's behavior isn't normal and isn't representative of how previous US Presidents behaved. He's historically bad, "unpresidented" bad.
