LTR, 40m baht investment necessary for foreigners to buy land in Thailand: govt

That is absolutely nonsense.

WHat is nonsense is your ability to read. I never said they never buy land. But its not enough to be a problem for the US. If you look at all the properties bought in London by Russian and Saudis or by Chinese nationals in Vancouver you can see why its in the Thais best interest to not allow it

I also know many educated and rich people who left their home country and immigrated

Again inability to read. Never said it NEVER happens. But theres wayyyyyy more people that would rather live in Thailand (with a good western salary/pension) than in the US. Far too many to accomodate.

Contrary to whatever you have been told, USA is and will remain one of the most desired countries to immigrate to for the rich

Contrary to what you been told ....NO. And i dont need to be told anything. I spent half my life there. And while i think Taiwan is 1000x better than the US. Its still a country many people seek to leave do to political uncertainty. Germans, French, Spanish, Japanese, Swedes etc are not clamoring to move to the USA. That American exceptionalism is all in your mind.

Elon is the most wealthy guy in the world

By the 3rd line i guessed "this guy is gonna bring up elon i bet" and you did. Predicatble yank. And again you dont grasp a simple point. Sure if you have specific business goals you want to accomplish the US is a great place. Im talking about normal people with enough money to buy an decent property. Im not talking about people who buy spaceship fool.
