The fact that the OP feels bad for not wanting to be sexual with people she finds unattractive and has even went as far as going on dates with them really speaks volumes about the sad state that our society is in.

Stop normalizing this behavior. There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING wrong with not being attracted to someone or certain people. Yes, personality counts too - it is an essential part of being in a relationship.

But if you are not attracted to someone physically, then it isn’t going to work either. Stop forcing people to feel attracted to someone they’re not just so they’re not labeled a racist/homophobe/transphone/uglyphobe etc etc etc etc.
