I’m looking for someone who can help me apply for le conservatoire de Paris

Well it looks like that website is garbage.

I’ll start by saying I’m no expert - this isn’t my field at all.

The admission exams aren’t online on their dedicated webpage, but! You can unroll the description of the exams. The dates indicated in the description are from last year but let’s assume it’ll be similar.

Looks like you need to apply between 10/10 and 11/15 and fill in your details, you’ll then have to pick 5 songs, record 2 of them and upload the 2 videos (following instructions) before 1/6.

If you’re selected you’ll then be invited to a music theory / rhythm / reading / analysis / hearing kind of test, unless you already have a French diploma in that area (certified music teacher level).

And if you pas that, you’ll get invited to perform two songs out of the remaining 3 you picked, in Feb/March, and apparently two other songs as well. You’ll also need to go through an interview, in French.

And you need a certificate of French fluency, B1 level, before June 30.

You also need to be at most 28 yo (men) / 26 yo (women) by October 2023.

If I were you: - call them and ask where/when/how to apply. - get in touch with some current students and ask for details. - get professional help / a coach who’s got experience sending students there. CNSM is supposedly the best public music school in France, I’m assuming it’s no joke.
