I’m struggling with school and I have a lot of stress and keep procrastinating

Accept it as a condition to achieving your goal. Academic stress is common but the intensity and frequency is subjective to the student. Action is the only thing that eliminates anxiety. Accepting it as a condition to your journey/ experience is what has helped me the most. Nobody gets the same answer the same, nor do they take the same process in learning the content the same. Accept the distress and power through. It somehow comes together and the end. The test is to ultimately get to the end regardless of the adversity faced. Nobody considers it anyway. The results are always the bigger picture, the background might get chaotic but take pride in powering though, simultaneously look at the small steps as achievement too.Goodluck. You will either experience the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
