The Marx Among Us (and a call for help)

I think you're approaching Marxism here at a 300 level and my video was trying to explain things to people at a simple 100 level. I get that about Marx/Marxists saying liberalism isn't really liberal and trying to point out/fix what they see as contradictions. But I think that's not a level of analysis that's very useful for regular people that don't understand this stuff at all.

And yes original Marxism and wokeness become more different the closer you look, which of course is the case since it's been adapted so many times. But understood in the general sense Marxism makes a lot of sense out of wokeness, in my opinion, so it's a useful way to think about wokeness that we shouldn't throw out because it isn't faithful to Marx's original writing.
