And when I look at recently deleted players at tibiaring that appears to be true, because on non-pvp servers there are barely any deletions, and if there are any they appear to be a low lvl noob chars with suggested name. But when I look at, for example, Visabra, there are tons of deletions and a bug freezing server was being abused here https://www.tibia.com/forum/?action=thread&threadid=4868098. That's the case also on Libertabra, another retro hardcore pvp located in Brazil.

If what I think is true, those people were deleted for a DDoS, not macros even if they were using them to help in bug abuse. And DDoS is a far more serious offence from Cipsofts point of view.

Btw: if there is a new bot, Battleye can't detect it instantly. Assuming that this is a public bot, Battleye needs some time to analyse it.
