I want to mixup real life cultures and religions but I also want to be original

I think you should borrow elements from these cultures but don't just blatantly take them or knock them off.

So you like the pyramids? Maybe in your world there are mysterious structures with local lore behind them like "stairs that lead to nowhere to be closer to the gods" or something hopefully more thought out and creative than that lol

You like the clothes? Make sure they are practical for your setting. Obviously Egyptian attire is more suited to the desert than Alaska's cold weather. Make sure there's a reason why certain styles of clothing are more popular. If the setting is constantly rainy maybe your most fashionable character wouldn't be caught dead without an umbrella. This could be a good basis for your architecture as well. Perhaps flooding is an everyday occurrence so people get around by boat instead. Perhaps the national sport is swimming or kayaking.

Just play around with ideas like that and figure out what works best with your plot and setting.
