Log out, clear your cache, then log back in before you do anything, just to be sure and cover all your bases. Then, check out your book of lore. The ten year badge looks different than the rest of the time played badges and is located under the “achievements” tab, with the res of the time played badges. It looks like a gold circle with a red dragon inside of it sort of sitting on the lower part of the gold circle. My badge is located towards the very end of the list of achievements, so be sure to check all your badges that are the standard gold circle/red dragon to make sure you didn’t accidentally miss it. If this doesn’t work, you need to file a report with AE. By the way, they seem to be stepping up there help game tremendously as of lately. I just sent them an email about some HeroMart issues I was having and they emailed me back that day, and the issue was resolved later that evening!
