Bitrate just dropped from 20,000 Kbps to between 500-2000. This has been happening a lot lately and I would love to know whether I need to get on the phone with TWC or if its on the YT side. If there is any additional info I can give please let me know. Seems like browser does not effect the speed as well as having addons on or off.
