About his suit, yeah sure it doesn't guaruntee 100% legal guilt but there is definitely something there for it to even be brought to court. But the Justice department DID side against Trump, and then he CONTINUED to discriminate for 3 years!

There are just too many instances of him dog-whistling his way through the campaign trail. His endorsement by the KKK and subsequent half-hearted rebuke of it months later. His warning of "those people" in the inner cities defrauding the elections. Do we even have to mention the Muslim ban at this point? Often forgotten is him quoted as saying "Laziness is a trait in blacks"

The main point is sure, he isn't white hoods and cross-burning racist. People seem to think that that is the only type that exists. But far more common, (and more dangerous in my opinion) is Trump's dog-whistle racism.

Posting pictures of him with black civil rights heroes does not him race relations expert make, btw.

Even if he never did these things and wasn't racist in any way, Trump supporters have to be okay with electing a man who is utterly unintelligent and an admitted perpetrator of sexual assault.
