I use a technique that my teacher taught me to purify the house. It involves drawing an encircled pentagram in the air,speaking some words along with some gestures. I had not perfected it yet. I also have amethyst and selenite crystals in my bedroom. I tried to practice under different condition like in the daylight or in complete dark in different rooms but the results are the same. I also made some small rearrangements of my items but that did not work. Unfortunately the entire house is on big trigger for me .Creating an anchor might be useful but it must be a very powerful anchor to convince my subconscious to overcome my powerful negative beliefs. This is why i doubt that a simple blanket will do anything.I do intend to keep practicing because i know that i have done it and can do it again. I think my biggest hindrance are my psychological problems than the house. I guess besides meditation practice i will have to do some life changing moves on a personal level.
