If those are accurate weights, then not natural.
Not that your body isn't achievable, gaining that much mass even in 2 years, is unlikely.

Inb4 "teenage testosterone blah blah". Yes, teenagers do have higher levels of most andgrogens, however, much of that is preoccupied with other "developmental" things.
Testosterone is a molecule, it cannot be "used" (in layman's terms) again and again. Meaning testosterone necessary for, and delegated to height growth or teste development for example, is generally not then usable for muscle growth.
And anyways, the difference in testosterone levels is a couple percent at best, compared to people in their 20s, and definitely not enough to make a significant impact on growth potential.

I just hate some of the myths people here use to legitimize impossible transformations.
