Idk about MT/Maestro. Why exactly they have left jksc is also not known. One teacher (Minal Udeshi of AS) left because of non payment of dues. Pragnesh sir has alleged in his IGTV videos that these 7-8 teachers who formed Ednovate left because they thought jksc was not in the students' favour and hence even Pragnesh sir joined them initially. Later on as per Pragnesh sir, these people were no different and they were being very money minded, and so Pragnesh sir left Ednovate also. Also, during this time, Jksc filed cases against Ednovate and Pragnesh sir that they were stealing study material, etc. So, now Pragnesh sir has a problem with Ednovate that they are not doing anything for the students for free and also they are taking on admissions even though they have legal cases against them and he also says that these cases cast "a significant doubt/material uncertainty on going concern assumption of Ednovate" (his actual words, lol). So they shouldn't play with students' careers because they'll keep them hanging if they close down.
