For those who don't know they are Mutaz essa Barshim of Qatar and Gianmarco Tamberi of Italy they are both high jump . During 2016 Rio Olympics Gianmarco Tamberi was in form of his life but suffered an injury which forced him out of the competition. He came back in 2017 and it didn't go well. During Diamond league he would lock himself up in hotel and wouldn't talk to anyone. Mutaz would knock in his door and this is what he said 'Gimbo. Gimbo, please I want to talk to you.' After that Gimbo let him and cried in front of him and he gave him advise. But later Mutaz got the same injury and they both supported each other during 2018. In 2020 Olympics they both reached 7 feet 8 inches but couldn't reach 7 feet 10 inches after three tries so Mutaz asked if they both can get gold and the rest as he says "History my friend". Definitely a story that can be made in a movie
