Maybe I could learn something. It's always interesting when countries differ wildly in specific statistics. In the US, gun-crime is out of proportion compared to much of the world. But I personally ascribe that to the socioeconomic factors. Mass shootings barely factor into the overall statistics.

Besides, I personally don't even care about the statistics except for persuasion. It's an ethical matter of me. The right to defend yourself and your property. Best understood in rural context. Police just can't respond in time.

The alternative is people just accepting the crime happening to them.
