Unless I’m misinformed on the words, in itself “incest” doesn’t necessarily means “rape” or “grooming” no? It can mean consenting siblings or cousin dating, without any power imbalance to it. “rape” and “power imbalance” being the issues with, well, rape, and bestiality (at least when the nonhuman is penetrated, I think doing it the other way is not actually a felony?).

I’m not saying siblings incest isn’t to be avoided, it can disrupt the family dynamic and is a choice, which I think is a good argument against taking part in any kind of incest. But I would put it more on a “dating a married man” level of wrong”.

I’m not saying there isn’t anything disgusting going on in these sub. The M/s and F/d flairs are scary as shit, and I suppose there are abusive s/s b/b b/s things too. But since it’s not necessarily wrong, so the thing stays. The situation is reminding me a bit of r/detrans. Last time I checked, the placed was infested with terf building up and promoting transphobic narrative from detrans stories. But also in itself “detransition” isn’t transphobic or bigoted. It’s just a specific gender journey and people who go through it deserve support. So the place was banned, and then unbanned.
