I would consider myself to have a large amount of experience. I have been staff on well over 10 servers. I have created my own server multiple times(the most successful I got was 30+ players). I have created custom plugins for many servers but had one go public(I have linked it to you before). I am able to find people who can build and help out easily. I have good knowledge of who and who can't be trusted with certain perms(which is needed for countless servers). Well there is a server I am working on currently(Version 4.0). It is called MiragePvP, a factions server where I have coded a couple plugins and helped build on. The new v4 server is opening on the 29th and I'm quite busy. The v4 server will have 200+ players from calculations we've done from advertising. I've also done a bungee server that just started to open but sometimes shit happens in real life and you don't have to game. Well as I said before I've owned a 30+ towny server and I am currently helping on a 50+ Factions server(soon to be 200+ due to donations and advertising). I would like this server to be able to run itself by donations and have a good community where people can talk without there being those average people who hack and make racist comments. I am imagining this server to be a Towny server similar to civcraft with a few custom plugins. Regular towny with a jobs plugin where it's more realistic such as a bakery where you have to constantly cook up and sell bread to villagers. Some diversity such as that could make the server pretty unique and popular. If someone is being a pain in the chat I would simply temp mute him. I won't put up with his shit. I would simply not trust him even more, and if he takes it too far I would ban/tempban him.
