NoFap can help a certain amount of people. You should realize that not everyone is the same and have the same story. For some people, it is completely useless, for others, it is great.

And the thing about talking to girls after NoFap, its not some bullshit coming from them, it is related to "sexual energy" as you can call it. You can read about this subject in so many different books and articles unrelated to NoFap. Just recently I've read about it in "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, which is a book (very popular and highly rated, suggest that to anyone) that talks about getting money.

So all I want to say that if you are happy with fapping, good for you. But some people have different stories and want to make a change. NoFap sometimes is the way for them. What is the point of judging them.

Personally, fapping and porn used to take over my life. I would do it everyday, couple of times in the day, I would think about it all day long and I would see woman as sexual objects. Obviously the problem was clear, it is porn. Two years after I discovered NoFap, I still fap, but at least now I know it was a problem over fapping so I do it once to a couple of times a week only. Now I don't think about sex 24/7, so I can say it improved my life kinda.
