Perhaps you didn’t know that the welsh government has the full power to better support and finance the Welsh NHS, Welsh Ambulance Service and Welsh Elderly Care System if they choose to. A lot of the issue, particularly in Morristown Hospital is that beds are blocked by vulnerable patients that cannot leave due to their being no onward care packages in place for them. My wife works in palliative care in Swansea and can attest that there are many many cases where vulnerable patients have no where to go so they have to stay in hospital because that’s the only place they can get the care they deserve. If the Welsh government really wanted to make a change they have the devolved power to do so. I still agree with your second comment.
