Not impressed for $120/month

I'm more convinced most people just don't understand how wifi and speed tests work and blame starlink for their trash 3g connected mobile device running an inaccurate speedtest. If you want to prove you have congestion, show the detailed speed test.

Speedtest.net app will pull a test server from YOUR location and not your POP which is most definitely not ideal for speed testing max throughput.

Also, I'd just like to say I know there are some very limited cells that do experience true congestion, but most "congestion" posts I see on here are providing limited info and usually can be linked back to another problem on their end. It's just easier to blame starlink I guess. Customer service, sure, all criticism is fair. But, in most "slow speed" posts, it's usually a wifi issue and some people just think this is fiber class internet or something.
