Nothing seems to be helping, is it maybe not Frozen Shoulder?

Maybe stop irritating it so much and let it heal?

Mine took about 12-14 months from start to finish. Worse point was about 4-8 months after starting. I still can't reach very high behind my back at 14 months, or directly behind and back; but otherwise I'm fine, although the arm feels a bit funny (wiggly?) in the socket.

I did not see a doctor, but visited a physical therapist one time to verify that it was frozen shoulder. No shots, no exercises, just time.

For the most painful months I used a daily cold pack for the shoulder from Amazon. I also adjusted my seating to make typing more ergonomic, and arranged my sleeping pillows to remove pressure on the shoulder. I have a lifelong habit of daily stretching, but when my frozen shoulder was bad I was unable to stretch it much. As it improved I was able to do more.

Things I bought, but didn't use more than once or twice: TENS unit, door pulley, fancy pillows, resistance bands, painkillers, MSM, serrapeptase.
