Adding on to this, the PA state constitution it's written the right to bear arms in the defense of themselves shall not be questioned. Several cases in our state have made it clear the job of deciding how to regulate is up to the legislature. Even if they get the most liberal judge in existence this case won't even be able to withstand the PA supreme court much less the SCOTUS. Features of a gun while scary to nogunz people aren't enough to be in and of themselves proof of intent. Yes a AR-15 may have a 20 round magazine but that doesn't mean colt thinks people are going to use it to commit crime. The current SCOTUS would take a narrow view of lawsuits that try to endrun the legislature on constitutional amendments.
