20M, 70KG, 177CM, Indian, Don't drink or smoke.
Have been having poop like this for 3 weeks to a month, it started off with just undigested food.
2 weeks ago I had terrible stomach pain that's radiated around my entire abdomen but there was a targeted pain right below my ribcage, I went to a clinic and was prescribed omeprazole as the doctor suspected I had GERD (I did have an attack a month before of shortness of breath, sore throat and bad heartburn) that solved the pain problem but the poop problem has stayed and even worsened.
I've also lost a bit of weight recently (2kg in a week) but I also started intermittent fasting about a week before then.
I've been on lactulose for an anal fissure for about 3 months but stopped when I had those terrible stomach pains.
Other details include having to visit the washroom for a poop 2-3 times within 1-2 hours.
I also recently (2 days ago) started getting stomach pains that go away after I poop, although that seems to be gone now.
I have also felt a whole lot more bloated and feel like I'm a lot more gassy from both ends.
I also don't experience any heartburn which leads me to believe it's not GERD which scares me more.
