Options How do people feel about granting options in trades, and is it considered some sort of collusion?

Merits of the deal aside, Graham has a bye week next week and I also have Hunter Henry. He started Brate this week. To further give receiver some choice, I proposed he could include Hunter Henry for Brate if he so desired (this happened before last night). However, given that Brate has already played, the rest of the deal will not go through until next week if they are included. I therefore proposed to grant him an option to take my Hunter Henry for Cameron Brate next week, if he so desires in a separate trade. That way, I have to eat Julio's bye week and he gets Cooper in his WR3.

Is this collusion, or just a trade with an option that is otherwise viable?

Side note, I am not looking for merits of the trade discussion because thats a long story, involving the fact this guy is 4-0 and fucking stacked, with TE being the only position he doesn't have a top starter. I just want some insight into how people feel about granting options in general.
