Officially fed up with Mona

I am tired of seeing these "you get what you paid for with the Chinese vendor" responses. The OP paid what she was asked to pay, and the amounts are not trivial. If the vendor wants our business, they need to learn to communicate in the expected ways.

I totally understand the OP's frustration, I am going through a frustrating experience myself (first time buying from overseas). The English language/communication skills of the rep are much poorer than I expected from someone doing business with the English speaking customers for years (and I used to be an ESL teacher, so the expectation was low). I asked my rep to make changes to the CAD, and the response was "yes." WTF? Is she pissed at me? Am I asking for too much?

This "good enough" attitude doesn't fly with me.

You can downvote me as much as I want. These are business transitions, there are no personal favors here. After the payment is taken, the orders need to be made in a timely manner, and any delays need to be communicated appropriately.
