Hey. Having 2 more would be perfect. That would round out the party to a total of 4 (which is what I was hoping for).

As a new DM, I'd prefer not to do homebrewed classes simply because I'd have to learn and take into account more and potentially revise the world. However, if it's a "re-skin" of an existing class, I'd be fine with that. And while I'd love to have an air of mystery for the players, it might be difficult for the other new players to get a grasp of what's in their party. If you have your heart set on a class, send it to me and I'll check it out. For playable races, I'm fine with anything from any of the modules.

The game is in a classic fantasy setting. So anything from ousted dabbler in necromancy to family murdering pirate works for a backstory.

I'm at a point where I'd like a bit of backstory from the players to write them into the intro narratives. We haven't quite planned when to play, but I have a little more prep to do.
