Because, as I've already said numerous times, it's not a matter of finding journal articles or published data. Yes, we are all aware you can do that. It's the next two steps of synthesizing that data and applying it to clinical practice that you are clueless in, so clueless that you don't even realize. And until you realize that, you will continue to get offended because you think we are insulting your intelligence when in fact we are not. We are simply pointing out the complete inadequacy of your experience, and ability to translate research to practice.

It takes a long time to learn how to apply research to practice. You do not know how to do that just because you can find Pubmed.
