We’ve noticed that a number of recent orders on your rider account were incorrectly marked as ‘delivered’ in your app, even though they were never dropped off at the customer.

We have reviewed these orders to check what happened and believe that you didn’t complete these deliveries, despite being paid for them. Each time this happens it has an extremely negative impact on our service. It results in compensation costs for customers and additional time for restaurants to remake the order, which is wasted due to delay and miscommunication with our service.

This activity is fraud.

As a result, your Supplier Agreement will be terminated with immediate effect.

We will pay you all remaining fees for the delivery services provided up to and including the day your agreement ends.
