Keep in mind that this isn't the only image he spams, it's just the most prominent one. It should also be noted that nearly half of his comments involve following GallowBoob around and harassing him. While this isn't specifically against one of the global rules, it should definitely be taken into consideration when assessing whether or not the account is of any real contribution to the site.
