Painting restoration done right.

The problem is that people mistakenly think this is one thing, when it is really something else. This is commercial work (like for people's private paintings), not at all how this would be done by a legitimate conservator working for a museum nowadays. He didn't go to school for this and isn't certified to do it. He was taught by his father and doesn't really know or care to know the newer techniques used to protect the original work. This is stuff his father was taught in the 60s and early 70s. In fact, if you comment on his channel and tell him this, he will delete all of your comments because he doesn't want this info getting out. He is talented as what is essentially a forger, but he's a terrible conservator. You can go on any conservator forum and everyone hates this guy because he is just constantly destroying paintings.
