Part-time CPT more than 20 hours during school year

So it sounds a lot like you're asking if you can freely lie to your DSO at your university and to the government of your host country to see if you can get by with knowingly violating your status requirements consequence free? Is this what you're asking?

And you're in the U.S. in a student status. The U.S. government can audit your records with the university at any time. Say you have an employer 3 years from now submit a petition for an H-1B for you. USCIS can 100% send to you a Request for Evidence (RFE) asking for employment records from your current employer. That includes records of hours worked. And I've seen them do it. Refuse to submit them? H-1B denied.

Don't commit fraud.
